We started CloudTusker because Indian businesses were being asked to choose between cheap hosting that fell over and overseas platforms that added 200 ms to every request and billed in dollars. Neither is a good deal. So we built the thing we wanted: enterprise hardware racked in India, honest INR pricing with GST invoices, and engineers who answer WhatsApp at 3 a.m.

Every plan includes NVMe-only storage, free SSL, daily backups, DDoS filtering, a written 99.9% uptime SLA (up to 99.99% on cloud and dedicated) and free migration performed by our own team. There are no setup fees and no lock-in contracts — if we are not earning your renewal, you should leave.

We are deliberately not the cheapest. We are the provider that picks up, tells you the truth about what you need, and sizes the smallest plan that comfortably fits instead of upselling you a tier you will not use.

Practically, that means a few boring commitments: real prices with no launch-only discount that triples on renewal, the plan you bought stays available for as long as you use it, and we tell you when a cheaper tier would serve you better. If our costs genuinely change we say so in advance rather than quietly repricing your invoice.

The team is small enough that the person answering your WhatsApp message can also rack a replacement drive, and organised enough to run 24/7 on-call across both sites. We would rather grow slowly with customers who stay than sell hard to customers who leave.
