The hardware, network and software stack behind your site.
AMD EPYC and Intel Xeon compute, enterprise NVMe in RAID, LiteSpeed Enterprise where it helps, redundant BGP networking and DDoS filtering — all in Indian Tier-III facilities.
Compute runs on current-generation AMD EPYC and Intel Xeon platforms with ECC memory and enterprise NVMe drives in RAID, so a single disk or DIMM failure is a maintenance note rather than an outage. Cloud instances sit on RAID-60 storage with guaranteed IOPS; dedicated servers give you the whole chassis with out-of-band management.
The network is BGP-blended across multiple Tier-1 carriers with anycast DNS and always-on DDoS filtering. Shared and reseller platforms run LiteSpeed Enterprise with LSCache, Redis object caching and per-account resource limits so one noisy neighbour cannot take your site down.
Backups are automated daily with off-site retention and one-click restores, and every plan carries a written uptime SLA that we monitor and report against.
Capacity is planned, not improvised: we keep spare chassis, drives and DIMMs on the shelf at both sites so a hardware fault is a swap rather than a procurement cycle, and we hold headroom on every node instead of packing them to the ceiling. That is why we can quote you a lead time in hours rather than weeks.
Software-side, we standardise on AlmaLinux with CloudLinux for shared and reseller platforms, offer cPanel, Plesk and DirectAdmin on servers, and keep OS, panel and PHP versions patched on managed plans. Everything is monitored end to end — CPU, memory, disk health, mail queues, HTTP status — with alerts routed to on-call engineers, not an unattended inbox.
